- Our Products
We sell digital travel guides supplied as downloadable PDF files.
No physical product will be shipped.
After successful payment, your download will normally be made available on the order confirmation page and by email.
- Prices and GST
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
Where Australian GST applies, displayed prices include GST.
- Payment
Payment is processed through third-party payment providers made available at checkout, including WooPayments.
We do not directly store your full credit or debit card details.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
- Digital Downloads
Purchased guides are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may download and print a guide for your own use.
You must not:
- resell or redistribute a guide;
- upload or share a guide publicly;
- reproduce a guide for commercial purposes;
- remove copyright or ownership notices; or
- claim any part of a guide as your own work.
All intellectual property rights in Time-Poor Tourist Guides content remain with Time-Poor Tourist Guides and its licensors.
- Travel Information
Our guides are intended to help travellers plan their time more efficiently.
Travel information can change without notice. Opening hours, admission prices, transport arrangements, attractions, restaurants, events, local rules and other third-party information may change after a guide is published.
You should confirm important information directly with the relevant attraction, transport provider, accommodation provider or other third party before relying on it.
Time-Poor Tourist Guides does not control third-party businesses or services and is not responsible for changes, closures, delays or cancellations made by them.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
- Refunds and Consumer Rights
Because our products are digital downloads, we do not generally offer refunds simply because you change your mind after receiving access to the purchased files.
However, this does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a guide is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be downloaded because of a problem on our side, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us at shop@arcadeheaven.com.
Where required by Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, correction or refund.

- Orders and Errors
We may cancel or refund an order where there has been an obvious pricing, technical or processing error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason that prevents us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.
- Availability of the Website
We aim to keep the website and download service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary outages may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, internet failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a technical problem prevents you from receiving a purchased guide, contact us and we will assist you.
- Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, Time-Poor Tourist Guides is not responsible for losses caused solely by changes to third-party travel services, attractions, transport, opening hours, prices or other information outside our control.

Payment information is also handled by the relevant payment provider according to its own privacy and security practices.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms applying to an order are those published on the website at the time the order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
